On March 31, Spectora gave one week notice that on April 7th, they will be forcing their users to become their conduit for upsells/ancillary sales for their Fixle platform which reportedly sells home warranties, home security systems, and insurance.
There is NO OPT out. These options will sit in the portal beside the home inspection reports, so home inspector clients will be served these options when accessing their home inspection reports.
This means home inspectors will be paying for the software, and Spectora will be using it to sell products and services.
